Our aim is to produce plants that are more valuable to industry and better meet the needs of consumers. We work on crop plants, forage species, flowers and other ornamentals, gourmet produce and new crops. Conventional and new genetic techniques provide the essential tools.

We work with cereal, vegetable and forage producers, food processors, flower exporters, and pharmaceutical companies to produce plants that meet their varied needs – from higher quality, healthier food products to new sources of clean raw materials for industry.
